Shipping - Returns - Cancellations
Though We do our best to thoroughly describe and photograph all items - please keep in mind that the image color or texture may appear differently according to Your computer screen.
We appreciate your understanding and kind regard that Hand Crafted goods differ from assembly-line products. Though we do NOT abide poor workmanship or material quality, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind, made and/or curated by hand. Any perceived "flaws" are considered unique characteristics and enhance the beauty and individuality of each piece. It is Our philosophy that these imperfections add to the overall aesthetic and story of the item and will not compromise the intended functionality of our products.

30 DAYS generally, please read on for restrictions.
We are happy to accept returns of unused, or defective merchandise returned within 30 calendar days from the receipt of merchandise.

If an item has arrived damaged due to transit, please send us notice ASAP including any important details and photographs of the item and packaging to orders@puzzlefarm.com, we will send you a replacement order or (issue a refund if deemed needful) and will file a claim with the shipping carrier ***the item must be photographed and clearly damaged in transit in order to make the claim and issue any refunds or replacement items where possible.

MEMBERSHIPS
You may cancel your monthly membership or subscription at any time for any reason. Any reoccurring charges will be canceled and your access to member pages will be suspended at the conclusion of the month of last payment receipt. Free Subscriptions with exclusive content or membership privileges will be revoked immediately upon receipt and processing of your request to opt out. Please send requests to hello@puzzlefarm.com

EU - You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so, though we would appreciate your feedback. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the shipping carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
Unless there is a product fault or error on Our part, You are responsible for the postage fees which are non-refundable.
Once you receive authorization, please package your item(s) carefully, include the original packing list in the box; mailing instructions will be emailed with the authorization:
You may use the carrier of your choice to ship your return, but we recommend using a method that is trackable and insured. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We cannot accept COD returns.
REFUNDS
Once We receive your item, we will inspect it and notify You that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify You on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
We will reimburse You no later than 10 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. You will receive the credit within 14 days, but usually sooner, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You - means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
